獲美國羅格斯大學心理學博士。重點從事經典名方(如越鞠丸,好忘方等)優勢性抗抑郁抗癡呆的現代機理與複方物質基礎與轉化研究,主持國家重點研發計劃等多項國家及省級重點課題,一作/通訊作者發表中英文雜志論文各40餘篇,主持或報告海外學術會議10餘場。任中國生理學會中醫藥與腦穩态調控專委會創會主任委員,中華中醫藥學會中基分會常務理事,國際腦與行為遺傳學會常務理事等。獲省特聘教授,省雙創團隊領軍人才等稱号。
Professor Chen received a Ph.D. in Psychology from Rutgers University in the United States. His research focuses on the current molecular and system mechanisms and compound substance basis of classical Chinese herbal formulas (such as Yueju Pill and Haowang Formula) in combating depression and dementia like Alzheimer’s Disease, with their advantages being scientifically revealed. He has been awarded with multiple national and provincial key research project grants, including the National Key Research and Development Program. He has published over 40 research papers in both Chinese and English journals as the first author or corresponding author, and presented at more than 10 international academic conferences. He has served as the Founding Chairman of the Chinese Physiological Society’s Committee on Traditional Chinese Medicine and Brain Homeostasis Regulation, executive council member of the Committee on Theory Foundation of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Chinese Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and member-at-large of the International Society of Brain and Behavior Genetics. He has been honored as a Distinguished Provincial Professor and the Leader of a provincial Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talent Team.
陳剛教授自2012年以來,首次揭示中藥越鞠丸快速抗抑郁效用,特定機制及相互作用物質基礎。以該研究為代表,針對現有主流醫學在治療抑郁症,老年癡呆等嚴重腦病上存在的明顯問題,通過深入系統發掘特定經典名方的潛在優勢,對其功效的個性化差異及特定機理進行創新性闡釋,并探索出基于複方核心機制靶标科學揭示其靶向協同成分的複方物質基礎的新研究方法,提出并建立中醫證候與疾病的共易感性及其研究模型,揭示中醫藥辨證論治的科學内涵,并創制了新的抑郁症癡呆症的預防和治療手段。
