本人自從業十餘年至今,主要研究方向是中藥藥理學,研究内容是中藥及天然産物抗帕金森病的作用和機制,解析帕金森病緻病因素和原理,尋找靶向治療帕金森病的活性物質,開發中西醫結合治療帕金森病的用藥策略,并以此為研究内容主持廣東省自然科學傑出青年項目、國家自然科學面上項目、國家自然科學青年項目等多個科研項目,專利申請獲授權4項,在The Journal of Clinical Investigation、Cell Death & Differentiation、Science China Life Sciences、Redox Biology、Pharmacological Research、Aging Cell等期刊發表多篇高水平SCI論文。
